CENTER PIECE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription and Renewal. By purchasing one of the two subscriptions available, Silver and Gold, you agree that we may renew your subscription automatically for the same subscription term on the next business day after your previous subscription ends. You authorize us to charge you for the subscription obtained unless you cancel your Account before its renewal date through the procedures described in the Subscription Cancellation section below. We will charge your credit card monthly (or the other payment method you used) for the amount you select, plus taxes and possible additional fees.
Subscription Cancellation. You may cancel the subscription before its renewal date using the portal (subscription >> cancel). If you contact us by email, please know that we endeavor to have customer requests handled within 23-72 hours; however, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation will be registered within that time period. For your account, you will continue to have access for the period of time that has been prepaid.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered promptly and according to the program. We will be working to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the program item.
