We provide shipping options for other states but work with different florists to ensure the freshest and most beautiful flowers. As a result, we require a processing time of 3-5 business days before delivery can be completed.

Should I prune? - It is suggested that roses should be given a trim to ensure their healthy growth.

How do I Prune? - Gather the necessary tools, including sharp bypass pruners, thick gardening gloves, and protective eyewear. Begin pruning in early spring, around late winter or early spring, when the buds swell. Look for any dead, damaged, or diseased canes and remove them entirely, cutting back to the base of the plant. This helps improve airflow and reduces the risk of disease.

Next, identify weak or crossing canes and prune them back to a healthy outward-facing bud or node. Aim for an open center, removing branches that grow towards the center of the plant.

Finally, trim the remaining canes to an outward-facing bud, making clean angled cuts about ¼ inch above the bud. Encouraging new growth and helping maintain a balanced shape.
